I started in the real estate business in 1982 with the premier real estate company in the Seattle area. Since then virtually everything about the way our business is conducted has changed. One essential, however, has not and never will change, so far as I am concerned, the relationship between a home buyer or seller and their agent must always be based on integrity, trust, shared goals and mutual understanding. My agents and I continually strive to improve how we listen and we carefully take the needs and wants of each of our customers into consideration. We strive to both earn and keep your trust!
During the past year the United States economy has under gone a massive restructuring, particularly in the area of real estate. This has resulted in much frustration for prospective Buyers and Sellers alike. Sellers have seen their home prices level off, or even decrease and time on the market stretch longer and longer. Buyers must have better credit and more money to qualify for a mortgage. Lenders are actively seeking Buyers with Good Credit for whom they can write mortgages.
