Now a bit about me, Richard McPherson, Broker/Owner. I started in the real estate business in 1982 with the premier real estate company in the Seattle area. Since then virtually everything about the way our business is conducted has changed. During the past year, the United States economy has undergone massive restructuring, especially in the arena of real estate. This has resulted in much frustration for prospective Buyers and Sellers alike. Sellers have seen their home prices level off, or even decrease and time on the market time to sell, stretch longer and longer. Buyers today must have better credit and at least a minimum downpayment in order to qualify for a mortgage. However, our Lenders are actively seeking Buyers with Good Credit for whom they can write mortgages. Our job is putting these parties together for a "win-win-win" scenario.
